**Position Summary**:
As a Turnover Coordinator at CAM Industrial Solutions, you will be integral to the successful handover of project systems from construction to commissioning and ultimately to operations. You will ensure that all project documentation, inspections, certifications, and system completions are tracked, processed, and delivered accurately, helping to guarantee the smooth transition to operational readiness. You will also be responsible for coordinating across multiple disciplines and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
This is a temporary, full-time position, expected to last approximately 6 months or until project completion, following a standard turnaround schedule.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Consolidate and organize project documents including engineering drawings, safety certifications, system checklists, and testing documentation for client handover.
- Coordinate and facilitate system walkdowns between construction, commissioning, and operations teams, ensuring that all identified issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track the status of punch list items, working with teams to ensure all deficiencies are closed before system handover.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, and quality control teams to ensure seamless project handover and alignment with project timelines.
- Ensure all documentation and systems meet the highest QA/QC standards and comply with industry regulations and client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client during the turnover process, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of all required documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- 5+ years of experience in turnover coordination, project completions, or document control within industrial, oil & gas, or construction environments.
- Experience in large-scale industrial projects, including turnarounds, shutdowns, or commissioning.
- Understanding of turnover processes, including system walkdowns, punch list management, and documentation control.
- Familiarity with construction and commissioning workflows in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in turnover software.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards and regulations.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering documents.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures related to system handover and project closeout.
- Strong organizational and document management skills to track multiple system completions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate between construction, quality, commissioning, and client teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced turnaround environment.
