We're seeking Tearistas who are just as passionate and excited about bubble tea

**What you'll do**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of tea based drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide infromation on our products
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring daily stock and replenishing when needed.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhering to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or beverage preparation is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for tea and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and able to lift up to 25 Ibs.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.
- Able to work a flexible schedule: closing (11:30pm), weekends, and holidays.

Position: Tearista

Part-time: 20-30 hours/week

Pay: $17.20/hour
