**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences.
- Conduct measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensuring accurate fittings.
- Provide information on lens options, coatings, and frame styles to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including the optical laboratory area.
- Process orders for eyewear and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology to provide informed recommendations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in terminology related to eye care and optical services.
- Strong retail sales skills with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Knowledge of optical products and services, including lenses and frames.
- Retail experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with sales software is beneficial for managing customer transactions and records.

- Office Administration & direct billing
- Eyewear selection, fitting, dispensing and repairs
- Contact Lens fitting
- Opening, Closing and maintaining a clean and respectful environment.
