**Job Title: On-Site Field Convener & Field Liner (Painter)**
**Location**: Bracebridge Soccer Club - Gostick Park

**Job Overview**:
Bracebridge Soccer Club is seeking an organized and dependable **On-Site Field Convener and Field Liner (painter)** to oversee program operations on-site during scheduled House League program days and maintain the painted lines on the fields.

**Employment Duration and dates**:

- **On-site field convener duties**: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings - May long weekend - end of July
- **Field lining (painting) duties**: 4-8 hours per week, specific days and times can be flexible and are dependant on weather and fild use - Mid May - early September

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive 30-45 minutes before program start to set up fields and equipment.
- Ensure coaches have all necessary equipment and support.
- Post and maintain program schedules.
- Monitor the field, engage with parents and players, and uphold safety protocols.
- Assist in evening teardown and return equipment to sheds in an orderly manner.
- Maintain clean and organized storage and field areas, including year-end inventory and reorganization.
- Perform field maintenance duties, including line painting (training provided) up to twice per week.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Soccer experience is **highly recommended**.
- Ability to **lift up to 25 lbs** and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work with **mínimal supervision**.
- Friendly, approachable, and capable of assisting parents, players, and coaches as needed.
- Availability during the day is beneficial for field maintenance tasks.

**Hours & Compensation**:

- **18-22 hours per week**:

- **$24 per hour**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week
