**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program with preference towards bachelor’s degree in nursing. 3 - 5 years in a health care provider role and a minimum of one year working in a leadership capacity. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Experience in Home Care and/or Long Term Care.

Demonstrated ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization and ideally managing within a unionized sector. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage short term and long term plans and projects and deliver customer focused results.
