**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program with preference towards bachelor’s degree in nursing. 3 - 5 years in a health care provider role and a minimum of one year working in a leadership capacity. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Experience in Home Care and/or Long Term Care.

Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within the team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire other to achieve common goals. Demonstrated ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization and ideally managing within a unionized sector. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage short term and long term plans and projects and deliver customer focused results.
