**DIRECTOR, CYBERSECURITY & INNOVATION**:
**Hybrid/Remote**:
The Director of Cybersecurity and Innovation is responsible for leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of cybersecurity strategies and innovation initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to safeguard our systems, data and members while ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements in financial services. The Director will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals work collaboratively across departments and drive initiatives that enhance security and operational efficiency.

Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber-security or a related field or combination of related experience is preferred
- IT related security certifications preferred
- Minimum 8 -10 years experience in cybersecurity with a strong background in information security, risk management and compliance
- Leadership and strong communication skills necessary
- Proven record in driving technology innovation initiatives particularly cybersecurity enhancements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and make data driven decisions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 etc) and risk management methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Critical thinking, ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Committed to increasing their knowledge and growth through continuous learning activities
- Experienced and adept at managing change
