**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Live Handlers have a range of responsibilities within their role at Maple Lodge Farms:

- Handling Live Chicken
- Repetitive lifting and carrying (up to 3 lbs.)
- Working in an assembly line and** standing for extended periods of time**:

- Keeping immediate work area clean
- Comfortable working in varying conditions, such as cold, hot, wet, dusty or loud environments
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, animal welfare training and more.
- Promoting and complying with all Maple Lodge Farms Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO MAPLE LODGE FARMS?**

We are looking for responsible, engaged individuals to work with our live handling team. Some key qualities needed include:

- Able to lift and carry up to 3 lbs.
- Experience with handling livestock is required and necessary in the job
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
