Sales Order Desk Team Member

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily operation of sales order desk, which includes order entry, order maintenance, and order revisions.
- Ensure orders are configured properly, utilizing extensive product knowledge.
- Manage sales program with dealership personnel and Bourgault Territory Sales Managers to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing as it relates to sales programs, multi
- unit discounts and exchange rates.
- Schedule orders with production planning team in order to manage when units get assembled based on retail sales, order date, dealer location and time of year for St. Brieux factory.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, which involves accurate maintenance of the sales reporter database, production schedule database and planned commons database.
- Work at trade shows, field days and dealer events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Broad understanding of customers' needs (both internal and external customers)
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Bourgault products
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Creative but logical approach to all aspects of problem solving
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Effective computer skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the farm equipment industry and knowledge of Bourgault product line is desired
- Technical degree or diploma in Agriculture, Engineering or related field would be an asset.
