Massilly has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years. Our Production team is looking for a Press Operator to work in our Stamping department.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**
- We will teach you to:_
- Safely operate, adjust, and monitor line equipment
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers and verniers
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify/prevent product defects
- Record production information
- Safely operate a high speed stamping press
- Identify mechanical or electrical problems
- Maintain production and operational records

**Our facility runs three shifts - must be able to work all three**
- Days ( 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m)
- Afternoons ( 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m)
- Nights ( 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m)

**What we look for**:

- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift
- Experience working on high speed presses is preferred
- Proven mechanical ability; experience operating manufacturing equipment
- Experience with hand tools and measuring devices is an asset

**What we offer**:

- Wage Increase After Training Period (**Training Rate** **$25.75/hr Fully Trained Rate $26.65/hr**)
- Shift Premiums - **Afternoons $0.50/hr**, **Nights $1.00/hr**:
