Our Customer Services Division is looking for an intern to participate in all stages of Creaform's external metrology project management process.

If you wish to develop your skills while balancing work and studies, do like the 25+ students who are currently contributing to our success in several of our departments, and join Creaform.

**Your role**:

- Gather data from clients to understand their needs and expected results;
- Communicate information to the technical teams so that they can make the best service offer;
- Contribute to the management and planning of new projects;
- Provide regular follow-ups to project teams and clients during the course of the services;
- Participate in post-project follow-up with clients (satisfaction measurement);
- Participate in the preparation and write bids for potential projects;
- Enter client and project data into Salesforce (CRM), including order activation.

**Your projects will lead you to**:

- Collaborate daily with technical managers and metrology vendors;
- Actively participate in the management of technical project activities;
- Participate in customer follow-ups, contributing to customer satisfaction.
