We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring the profitability of our construction projects and playing a minor project management roll. If you have a strong background in Residential & Commercial electrical estimating, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional information as needed
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Build on existing relationships with vendors and subcontractors to maintain a reliable network of resources
- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial and/or residential construction
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
