Reporting to the Afternoon Supply Operations Supervisor, the Afternoon Supply Operations Picker / Packer is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of our supply orders. The incumbent will work in conjunction with the Afternoon Supply Operations team to ensure that appropriate levels of customer service are being met or exceeded. The main focus of this position is to pick and pack customer orders with efficient and timely service.

**Duties**:

- Picking of supply orders using RF scanning equipment as required
- Following all established picking and packaging procedures
- Packing of supply orders for both outgoing trucks and customer pick-ups
- Placing packed orders in their assigned locations
- Complete and maintain all appropriate paperwork
- Communicate any inventory problems to the supervisors and or inventory control personnel
- Communicate with the Distribution Team on orders that are late for scheduled trucks
- Perform all necessary functions to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain a neat and tidy workspace
- Removal of empty boxes from warehouse aisles
- Observe and adhere to all safety rules
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to meet deadlines and schedule demands
- Knowledge of floral/giftware industry and products
- Ability to provide outstanding internal customer service
- Ability to read, write & communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Superior organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain a fast pace
- Detail oriented with good computer skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work the follow days/shifts: Monday to Wednesday: 11am to 8:30pm, Thursday: 11am to 7pm & Friday: 12pm to 5:30pm
