**Position Overview**

The staffing clerk is responsible for ensuring core staff requirements are met throughout the hospital by replacing employees on a short term basis.

The incumbent is also responsible to:

- Daily staffing
- Data entry and reporting
- Meet the different needs of internal and external customers by providing a service to the customers with high quality while respecting confidentiality.

PERMANENT FULL-TIME
- Days, evenings and week-ends
- Possibility of Tele working

**Criminal Check**

As a pre-condition of employment:

- All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
- As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

**What we are looking for**
- High School diploma
- Relevant experience in staffing is needed
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages.
- Good knowledge of the functioning of the services would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the different collective agreements would be an asset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
