**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our diverse range of cannabis products. Your expertise in technical sales and product knowledge will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods to enhance their understanding and experience.
- Utilize your sales skills to effectively upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the display of products and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality interactions with each customer.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects is highly desirable; training will be provided for those new to the industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience is essential.
