**Summary**
As a Support Worker at Help Now Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals in need of care. This position is essential for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients while promoting their independence.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
- Provide compassionate support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support hospice care initiatives by providing emotional and physical assistance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in senior care or working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to client needs.
- Ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and families.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including part-time or casual shifts.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
