We are seeking motivated individuals with a pride in craftmanship and an attention to detail from the Tool & Die & Mold Maker trades. Apprentices in 3rd /4th year are also welcome. Availability for Days or Afternoon shift (Afternoon shift 10% premium)

Responsibilities include:

- Able to work Safely, both independently or within a team environment
- Analysis and repair of tools to address quality and production concerns, as assigned
- Manufacture spare components and perform die maintenance of tool to standards set out in electronically maintained tool timing records and tool designs
- Complete electronic record of tool maintenance performed by part and job number
- Develop preventative and predictive tool maintenance schedules based upon analysis of tool performance to achieve improved production volumes
- Review “last-off” inspection records and make necessary improvements for Tool Readiness
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained and up to date
- Trouble shooting, Problem Solving
- Working with very tight tolerances

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years’ experience with certification as Tool & Die Maker or Mold Maker
- Will have knowledge of tool and die manufacturing methods, techniques, and related machining equipment
- Knowledge of metric/imperial systems of measurement
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, CMM Reports
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
- Communication skills verbal and written
