**Qualifications**:
2 years sales experience, with a strong preference for automotive
1-2 years’ experience managing, coaching, and leading teams is a strong asset
Valid Driver’s License
A passion for customer service and interacting with guests
Other languages spoken considered an asset

**What you’ll do**:
Hire, train, motivate, coach, and manage all salespeople on the team, focusing on achieving repeat and referral business
Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible and interact with customers at all steps of the sales process
Ensure the sales team is providing the best customer experience and are following all processes
Perform manager sold and unsold follow-up on all customers and potential buyers. Monitor team’s follows up on all potential buyers
Review performance metrics via documented weekly one on one meetings with team members. Daily coaching with all Product Advisors
Coordinate and deliver in store training
Create a positive sales and team culture for the team focusing on employee retention
Perform appraisals using company approved software and process
