**Our Clinic**
Our custom-designed clinic, located in Burnaby, is just steps away from the Brentwood Skytrain Station and Brentwood Mall (next to Whole Foods). Our 4000 square foot clinic has floor-to-ceiling windows which provide excellent views. Our building is LEED certified, environmentally friendly with access to a fitness centre, basketball court, free parking and “end-of-trip” facilities.
**Qualities and Skills Required for Position**

- Previous administration experience, preferably in a physiotherapy clinic or other health care setting
- Dependable and reliable
- Excellent communication skills: timely, responsive and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service skills

- responds appropriately to client needs and has conflict resolution skills
- Is well organized and able to work under pressure with attention to detail

- handles multiple tasks and prioritizes duties

- Participates in training, team meetings, in-services and community events

- First Aid & CPR/AED (certified or willing to complete certification)
- Proficient computer skills
- knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- knowledge and experience with Jane App EMR an asset
**Key Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to)**
- Opening and closing of clinic
- Providing amazing client customer service, welcoming / checking-in
- Greeting clients warmly and professionally on the phone and in person
- Facilitating all forms of clinic communication
- communicates effectively with team and clients
- receives and relays messages promptly and in clear detail
- Booking/modifying appointments, managing therapist and client schedules, regulating client flow
- Organizing therapists’ cancellation lists, client reminders
- Assisting therapists in keeping their workflow efficient, on time and organized
- Receiving and processing client payments
- Preparing and processing insurance claims (private, ICBC, WSBC, MSP)
- Processing or generating letters, photocopying, and faxes
- Inputting information into client charts/records
- Assisting with inventory management
- Balancing end-of-day payment records
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment for clients and team
- Assisting with clinic cleanliness and maintenance
- following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routines
- cleaning/sanitizing and preparing treatment rooms / gym space
- taking the initiative with extra cleaning when needed
- stocking treatment rooms and supplies
- resetting treatment rooms between clients, start
- and end-of-day
- maintaining and completing clinic laundry (sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.)
- Coordinating and liaising with volunteers
- Participating in team meetings and in-services
- Committing to help with other clinic processes, projects, and initiatives including but not limited to social media, promotions, community events, outreach and other connections
**Who we are looking for**
- MOA training/certificate an asset
- Passionate about healthcare, active living, working as a team, and caring for others.
- Availability to work morning, evening, and Saturday shifts.
- Our hours of operation are 7am-8pm Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm Saturdays.
- Approximately 30-35 hours per week. Permanent. Opportunity for additional hours per our clinic’s operating hours and demand. Schedule as posted below.
Mon: 7am - 2pm

Thurs: TBD
Fri: TBD
Sat: 10am - 5 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
