**Overview**:
The Intermediate Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to collaborative strategies. They will act as the primary liaison between clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **project schedules, deliverables, and resources**.
- Ensure **early participation of entrepreneurs** in project design stages.
- Oversee **contractual compliance** with multi-party agreements.
- Communicate and coordinate between **clients, designers, and contractors**.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Familiarity with **collaborative project delivery** and contractual frameworks.
- Strong organizational and **problem-solving skills**.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
