**About Us**
PNI Contracting Ltd. is a growing heavy civil construction company built on integrity, accountability, and high-quality project execution. We take pride in delivering complex civil projects safely, on time, and to specification. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Project Manager** to join our team.

**The Role**
As a Project Manager at PNI Contracting Ltd., you’ll be a key player in the company -- responsible for managing heavy civil infrastructure projects from tender to close-out, with additional responsibility for overseeing our Quality Control program. You’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities while contributing to the development of our company’s Quality Management System (QMS) during the off-season.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full tendering process including quantity takeoffs, RFQs, subcontractor selection, and bid preparation
- Coordinate contract award documentation and prepare project startup materials
- Monitor daily production, project budgets, and schedule updates
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, procurement, and PO issuance
- Prepare monthly progress submissions, change orders, and extra work documentation
- Serve as the point of contact with clients, engineers, and inspectors throughout project delivery
- Lead the development and execution of project-specific Quality Assurance Guidelines
- Lead off-season development and continuous improvement of PNI’s Quality Management System

**Qualifications**
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in heavy civil project management
- A degree in Civil Engineering is preferable but not required
- Strong understanding of MTO contracts, infrastructure construction, and QA/QC requirements
- Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of COR Safety Certification or experience contributing to safety programs is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to local job sites as needed

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
