Winkler Co-op is hiring a part-time **Cashier Supervisor**, at the Winkler Food Store.
- Minimum of 24 hours guaranteed.
- This position qualifies for health benefits, sick time, employee rebates and pension.

**What you’ll do**:
The Cashier Supervisor is responsible for delivering world-class customer service; providing leadership and direction to all front-end staff; operating cash registers and taking payment from customers; assisting with merchandising; and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards

The Cashier Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a job in Customer Service and:

- Are committed to service excellence and are a team player
- Enjoy working in a diligent manner with attention to detail
- Are able to stand for extended periods of time
- Are able to frequently lift 10-25 pounds.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and possess a friendly disposition
- Have good communication skills, verbal and written
- Have good numerical skills and ability to handle cash.
- Able to work 24 hours per week.
