**THE ROLE**:
The Life House Revenue team is looking for a Project Manager to oversee a fast-growing portfolio of SaaS customers. This is a client-facing role that will own customer onboarding and customer success, with a focus on creating efficient and automated processes. This position will work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to establish and improve the user journey for this new product line.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Oversee the project management of SaaS customers joining the Life House portfolio with the aim to maximize customer satisfaction, while also improving the efficiency of processes as we continue to scale
- Interact directly with SaaS customers to facilitate onboarding, manage expectations and solicit feedback
- Liaise and work in close partnership with key internal stakeholders (incl. Sales/Growth, Product, Revenue Management, etc.)
- Maintain and organize key project materials (incl. project plans, task lists) and project management documentation
- Act proactively to ensure team members are on-track to complete tasks and successfully tracking towards key milestones
- Create and execute the post-onboarding client success program, identifying important success criteria and demonstrating value creation to SaaS clients
- Assist with various special projects and initiatives of the Revenue team

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience, or experience in a similar role
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Proven track record of consistently delivering quality work with accuracy and precision
- Ability to take ownership and manage projects independently with limited supervision
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack (preferred)
