We have an excellent full-time opportunity at our Newmarket location for an energetic person to provide exceptional **Sales and Service** to our valued customers.

**Duties to include the following**:

- Create quotes and enter sales orders through ERP system (Syspro)
- Provide support to Branch Sales Rep
- Process customer returns
- Process electronic and cash payment transactions
- Prepare and reconcile day end deposits
- Maintain showroom and general housekeeping
- Responsible for opening/closing of showroom
- Assist with annual inventory and periodic cycle counting
- Create purchase orders and supply chain transfers for sales orders
- Receive purchase orders and supply chain transfers into inventory
- Continue ongoing development of product knowledge of BMI products and allied products
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, ERP Software)
- Superior communication skills utilizing tact and diplomacy and professionalism at all times
- Mathematically inclined
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly flexible - able to adjust quickly in a varied environment
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Possesses excellent time management skills
- Energetic, motivated to continue to increase product knowledge including installation techniques
- Confident in making sound decisions
- Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management
- Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment
- Exterior building products & industry knowledge an asset

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
