**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our properties, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants while maintaining strong relationships with current residents. Your expertise in customer service and property management will be essential in achieving leasing goals and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

**Duties**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and manage tenant relationships.
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement marketing strategies that attract new tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to facilitate successful agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding leasing practices.

**Skills**
- Strong office and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a commitment to tenant satisfaction.
- Proficient in property management practices and sales techniques.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and prospects.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, fostering positive relationships with tenants.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
