**Qualifications**:

- Awareness of the Lifeline Program
- Physically able to perform installations and routine maintenance on Lifeline Equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with marketing and business considered an asset
- Comfortable working with technology including home phone and internet systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multitask
- Ability to communicate and interact with seniors and with people who are managing various medical conditions and disabilities at home
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Strong Computer skills. Knowledge of Excel considered an asset
- Must have valid driver’s licence
- Must have 2 or more doses of COVID vaccine
