Mathnasium of East Regina is a part of an internationally recognized institute and well established Math only tutoring center with aim to cater students throughout the year as a supplemental help in improving Math skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching Math to students between Grade 1 - 12 or Just Elementary using the Mathnasium Method®
- Being Energetic and Creative while teaching new concepts to students.
- Occasional interaction with parents (when needed).
- Relevant tasks related to teaching students at the Learning Centre including administrative assistance and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- Exceptional Math skills (an in-house Assessment will be taken).
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents.
- Energetic, Caring and Confident personality.
- Enjoys working in a team.
- Ability to understand and act on provided guidelines.
- Reliable and overall professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Creative, Fun, and Confident personality.
- Ability to teach students in upper level high-school math courses (Grades 1-12)
- Should be able to motivate students to learn and to work on new concepts while maintaining a positive environment.
- Previous experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, etc) is a plus.
- University graduate or university student from a program with strong emphasis on Math.

**We provide training on our proprietary Mathnasium method helping our employees excel in Math Instruction.**

**All instruction takes place at our Learning Centre in Regina and online

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00
