**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a qualified **Level 2 or 3 Child Care Worker** to join our early learning team. You'll play a vital role in the daily care and education of children, supporting their growth through structured activities, play, and positive interactions.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children's individual developmental needs
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and development
- Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and team members
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III (Level 2) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 3)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain
- A warm, caring, and professional approach
