Speech-language Pathologist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide speech therapy interventions for pediatric patients, including early intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to improve communication skills
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge
**Experience**
- Prior school experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is highly desirable
- Experience in pediatrics and early intervention programs is preferred
- Proven expertise in speech therapy techniques for diverse communication disorders
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
- Familiarity with patient care best practices within healthcare environments
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
