Our team is growing rapidly along with our brand and we are looking for health and growth-minded people to join us at our HQ in beautiful Victoria, BC as we expand across the globe. **The Role**: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Nutrition Content and Brand Engagement Specialist. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and nutritional knowledge. As a Nutrition Content and Brand Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and creating compelling content across various platforms to engage our audience and promote our brand. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and contributing to our rebranding efforts. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Ideate and provide creative direction to produce engaging visuals, videos, and animations complementing written content. - Monitor and manage social media communities by responding to comments, questions, reviews, and messages. - Foster positive engagement and build relationships within the community. - Research and develop blog and social media content aligned with brand messaging. - Provide creative direction for graphics and imagery to complement content. - Work closely with the marketing and product teams to assist in the execution of the branding strategy and new product launches. - Contribute valuable insights to ensure nutritional and brand consistency. - Willingness to research and collaborate with photographers/videographers to ideate and produce various content types aligned with the brand and vision. - Collaborate with creative designers to incorporate brand identity into any number of creative assets, and assist in building wireframes - Help to manage new and existing partnerships by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and commitment to partnership objectives. - Work alongside product, design, and tech to optimize website and digital assets to enhance user experience, ensuring seamless navigation, intuitive design, and relevant content for the target audience.  **Qualifications**: - Training in nutrition/herbalisM/Food science with a minimum of 2 years experience working in the Natural Health industry. - Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with a strong background in marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and experience using Google Analytics - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of nutrition/supplement trends and the ability to translate complex information into accessible content. - Holding other nutritional certifications such as Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) or Registered Herbalist (RH) would be an asset. - Solid understanding of graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva and project management tools like Basecamp and Trello. **Our Amazing Perks & Employee Programs**: - Personal Fridays: Enjoy every other Friday off - Paid Vacation Time - 5 Paid Sick Days (if you need them, we have you covered) - Extended Health and Dental Benefits - Fitness and Wellness Account - Your own Personalized Supplement Plan - Professional Development Allowance - Team Events and Socials - An opportunity to grow and make an impact on an amazing team - We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for a permanent position, working 30 hours per week at a competitive starting rate of $28 per hour._ **Please include a cover letter when applying, we'd love to hear about your interest in VitaminLab, details on your background in nutrition/wellness and why you're excited about this role** **Salary**: $28.00 per hour
