**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and goals.
- Stay updated on best practices in STEM education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student success.
