Empire Life is seeking students with a passion for Insurance to join our Human Resources Team

**What you’ll be working on**- Scan hard copy files, to create electronic files using our filing system- Organize internal records, helping to maintain the integrity and reliability of our data systems- Contribute to the team by executing administrative tasks- Data entry- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service and support

**What we’re looking for**:
- You’re currently pursuing your education in a relevant field, and are ready for hands-on experience.- You can work independently with little supervision- You're detail oriented. You enjoy being thorough, accurate, and organized with your work.- You enjoy working with others. You’re a proud member of your community, and an active member of your favorite club, organization, or team.- You are an active listener, excellent communicator and are able to learn quickly and pivot to new ideas when necessary.- Bilingualism (English/French), is considered an asset.
