**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding building maintenance or safety to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and a clean working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
