**About Us**:
We are a growing online pharmacy located two hours outside of Winnipeg, serving patients across Canada & US. We are launching a new **remote support center in Winnipeg** to streamline communication with customers and support our main location in processing and shipping orders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team at the remote center. Your main responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from patients placing new orders or requesting refills
- Collect and confirm patient and medication information
- Submit orders and prescriptions to our main pharmacy location for processing
- Receive shipping labels and tracking information, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally and clearly with patients and the pharmacy team
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare standards

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment is an asset but not required
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and using phone systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and organization

**Schedule**:

- Flexible shifts available
- Training will be provided
