We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook who will contribute to a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook to order our standard menu including Mexican and pub food, ensuring high quality and excellent presentation.
- Assist with recipe creation, experimenting with ingredients and flavours.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts, keeping up with orders and ensuring quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cooking stations, prep areas, and storage spaces.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of both staff and guests.
- Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking supplies, and keeping kitchen inventory up-to-date.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas after shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of food quality and consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (depending on restaurant hours).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
