**Job Title: Team Supervisor**

**Restaurant Location: 245-247 Canada Street, Fredericton NB, E3A 4A1**
**Availability**: Available for Day Shifts 5a-4p Availability Monday-Sunday or Evening Shifts 3p-11p Availability Monday-Friday
**Job Status**: Full Time, Permanent (Not suitable for Students)
**Starting Pay Rate: $14.50/hr ($13.50 + $1.00 per hour shift premium)**

**Position Description**:
As a Team Supervisor, you are the perfect blend of mentor and team captain. You lead your team through your shift with a positive attitude. You set an example by placing guests as your highest priority and role model exceptional guest service. You spot opportunities to improve the business and you are able to effectively communicate with the management team.

With 1-2 years of quick service experience at a supervisory level, supervising a team of 3 -12 team members, you are qualified to be in this leadership role. You are guest focused, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced goal oriented environment.

- Have excellent communication skills
- Can organize team members in a busy environment
