Construction Supervisor

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers to adhere to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Review construction drawings and utility locate packages to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage a small team of heavy equipment operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate with management on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.

**Skills**
- Five (5) + years of experience in heavy equipment operation, ideally in a supervisory role
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with various team members.

Pay: $25.00-$48.98 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
