**Duties**:

- Conduct drum lessons for students of various ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the needs and goals of each student
- Teach students proper drum techniques, rudiments, grooves, and drum ills
- Provide guidance and support to help students improve their musical skills and achieve their learning objectives
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them grow as drummers
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in playing the drums and a strong understanding of music theory
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents/guardians
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Note: University degree is not relevant to the position of Drum Instructor.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
