Greenferd Construction has been successfully completing first-class office renovations since 1994, specializing in commercial interiors across the Greater Toronto Area. With 30 years in the building industry, we have partnered with companies to transform office spaces that reflect their brand and culture. Our team of 40 skilled professionals ensures every project is executed with high-quality results.
Greenferd is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time. This position is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our Project Managers and requires coordinating with site managers, subcontractors, designers & clients to ensure the successful execution and timely completion of projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Project Managers to assist with daily administrative duties
- Prepare and send out Contracts, Purchase Orders, Submittals and Shop Drawings
- Correspond with and maintain excellent customer service with clients, designers, and subtrades
- Issue Change Orders and other important project related documents out to trades and assist the Project Manager with gathering pricing and preparation of quotations
- Work with the accounting team on processing of trade invoices
**Qualifications**
- Completion of a college diploma in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
- Experience working with our current construction management software, CMiC, is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
