**Position Overview**
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the hospitality industry? Helliwell Fine Beer & Beverage is seeking a reliable and energetic Busser/Barback to join our dynamic team. In this crucial support role, you'll help ensure smooth restaurant operations and contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Clearing and setting tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assisting servers and bartenders by running food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to tables.
- Refilling water glasses, resetting utensils, and ensuring tables are ready for the next guests.
- Removing used dishware, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area tidy and uncluttered.
- Supporting bartenders in stocking the bar with supplies, restocking glassware, and assisting with keg when needed.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, washroom checks, and other cleaning tasks as required.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.
- The ability to multitask is a necessity.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Compensation**:
- Base salary plus tips as part of the overall compensation package.
**Reports To**: General Manager or Supervisor
**Hours**:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Must be available to work **holidays,** **weekends** and **occasional extended hours** up to 2 AM to 3AM.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
