**Rexel Canada Atlantic**, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is a leading-edge electrical wholesale distributor with 14 branches across the Maritimes and Newfoundland & Labrador.
- Quoting and Design of Control and Distribution Panels
- AutoCAD Drawings for Control and Distribution Panels
- Assist customers with Technical Questions in the Motor Control and Automation Field In-Person & via phone on a daily basis
- Act as a liaison between customers & Field Sales Representatives
- Maintain & expand the customer database
- Receive and Manage Projects as required
- Make follow-up calls to customers
- Support the Project Management team as needed
- Responsible for the first line of technical support
- Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure profitability
- Consistently achieve a high level of customer service

**Who Are You**
- 1-2 years of experience within the Control and Automation Industry or a combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Be computer literate
- AS400 experience would be an asset
- Product knowledge of Motor Control, VFD, PLC, Automation and Distribution would be an asset
- Experience with Schnieder product would be an asset
