**THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking elevated retail talent to fulfill the position of Area Leader for the Atlantic Canada market.
As an Area Leader, you play a key role in growing our brand, maximizing sales, fostering our company culture, cultivating a team, and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience.
This position will be responsible for leading multiple store locations in Atlantic Canada, reporting to Director of Stores.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- 3+ years of retail experience either as a store or district manager.
- 2+ years of multi-unit management experience in a complex fast paced environment is preferred.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be an effective problem solver and lead change.
- A demonstrated ability to facilitate learning at all levels.
- Ability to travel, visit stores and attend corporate meetings; be able to drive and fly and overnight travel.
