**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts and accessories for their dirt bikes.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory levels, organize stock, and ensure that parts are well-displayed and easy to find.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, brands, and trends in the dirt bike industry to provide expert advice to customers.
- **Order Processing**: Handle customer orders efficiently, including in-store purchases, online orders, and special requests.
- **Problem Solving**: Help customers troubleshoot issues with their dirt bikes and recommend the appropriate parts or solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong interest in the dirt bike world is essential; you should be passionate about off-road riding.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a parts or retail environment, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of dirt bike mechanics and parts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
