**Stores Manager Assistant**
Toronto Aircraft Maintenance Inc. is currently looking for a Stores Manager Assistant to help organize and run our store
Duties will include:
- Procurement of parts;
- Drop off and pickup of parts and shipments using company vehicle;
- Getting quotes on parts and services;
- Shipping and receiving duties;
- Maintain calibration of tools;
- Control and monitor shelf life limited items;
- Maintain inventory in stores;
- Maintain adequate records of traceability for all incoming parts;
- Send out purchase orders for parts and services.
This is a full time position from 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday but some weekend/overtime work is expected.
No previous experience is needed for this position.
French is an asset but not required.
The position requires a high level of multitasking and the ability to effectively communicate with technicians, customers, and suppliers.
Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, mechanics and vendors.
