In a creative and fast-paced environment, you will be an essential component of our Marketing team. We are looking for a full-time Copy Writer with practical experience who can help build out the personality and voice of the brand and enhance our communications on and off the platform

**Some of the great things we’ll do together**:

- Generating copy for all blog posts which include, but are not limited to contests, live events, interviews, new site features, promotions, merchandise launches, awards, etc.
- Enhance and update the current tone of our copy to create more engaging and fun blogs
- Find content creators to highlight on the blog and create fun interviews to showcase them and their talents
- Proofread all social posts, video captions, ad banners, and any other copy the MavTek team needs to be reviewed
- Create copy for items on the platform; this includes existing and new merchandise and video descriptions
- Create, review, edit, organize, and finalize all copy for our new site pages
- Research industry related topics that can benefit content creators and write monthly articles that will be featured on the blog

**Enough about us, we want to know more about you. Specifically your **
- More than 2 years of proven work experience in copy writing is a must
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- Creativity and adaptability
- Proactive and open-minded
- Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Great at organization and multi-tasking
- Detail oriented
- Displays initiative
- Flexible to accommodate unexpected tasks
- Confident bringing new ideas to the table
