**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled loader Operator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible commercial parking areas during winter weather conditions.

minimum of 32 hours a week guaranteed whether or not it snows, but must be on call and ready to work durring every weather event.

**Duties**
- Operate Loader and other equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working order.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks related to snow removal and landscape maintenance.
- Assist with the setup of snow fences, markers, or other necessary equipment to ensure safe navigation during winter conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as needed to respond to changing circumstances.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly loaders.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications may be beneficial. Join us in ensuring our community remains safe and accessible throughout the winter months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 1 year (required)
- Loader operation: 1 year (preferred)
