**About Us**

Your role of Landscaper will be to operate small excavators and skidsteers to build trails/roads/campsites. This does not exclude a small amount of physical work, which will be necessary as well.

**Responsibilities include (and are not limited to)**:

- Creating trails & property landscaping (must be able to operate chainsaw, excavator, skid steer, and various other equipment)
- General maintenance across property
- Deliver chopped wood to cabins (manage wood splitter & UTV)
- Identify, monitor, and proactively act to mitigate risks to safety, security, or the guest and colleague experience.

**Compensation**:

- $17-$20 per hr

**Expected hours**:

- Mon-Fri (sometimes swapping weekdays for weekends)
- Position may have the option to be extended beyond the 2 months.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of operating small equipment. Will train.
- Generally resourceful for completing a variety of small tasks and fixes
