Job Overview: The Bro'kin Yolk Canmore

We are excited to open our 5th Bro'kin Yolk location in Canmore. No more working late nights, we provide a healthy fun environment. We are all about hiring people with great attitudes. All of the skills can be taught but not the attitude. Hours will be 8am-2pm, Openers will start at 7am and we will finish closing between 2-3pm depending on how busy it is.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist with food service during peak hours
- Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and dishwashers
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Willingness to assist with various tasks to support kitchen operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
