**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to enforce and monitor guest compliance with Rules and Regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers/children.
- Collaborate with other team members to assist in the facilitation of parties/events.
- Engage with children/youths and monitor children playing on the interactive playground system.
- Monitor play areas and ensure no food and drinks are taken in the playground area.
- Required to work evenings and weekends regularly and occasional statutory holidays.
- High energy and attentive and greet guests with a welcoming smile.
- Setting up and cleaning up party rooms.
- Creating a warm environment in which families enjoy celebrating their loved ones' birthdays.
- Comfortable to work in the kitchen preparing hot foods.
- Able to make coffees and other hot drinks served in the Cafe.
- Entertaining kids and other duties as assigned.

**SCHEDULE**
- Evening shift
- Weekend shift
- Statutory Holidays (occasional)

**Education and Qualifications**
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (preferred)
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certified.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Energetic, positive, dependable, flexible, and hard working.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Ability to work with children.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Eligible for Tips.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour
