The Customer Experience Specialist - Provides general support to Mobile Auto Solution Technicians in the effort to provide exceptional customer experience.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Coordinates with technicians to answer technical questions for customers
- Coordinates with technicians to provide quotes for services needed
- Coordinates with management to resolve customer issues
- Coordinates vehicle transport to and from calibration centers

**Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job**
- Experience with Google Workspace
- High School diploma or GED required, additional education is preferred

**Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
- Read, write, and speak English
- Interact with people from diverse demographic backgrounds (bi-lingual is a plus)
- PC knowledge is required.
