The Company

Final Touch Window Coverings Inc. is a growing window coverings company striving to be the best in Canada. We sell and install blinds, drapes and shutters, including motorized roller shades and motorized drapery tracks. Our clients include designers, contractors, electricians and retail clients. We are a family business operating on the north shore for 30 years. We are team oriented, experienced, reliable and resourceful. We're located in North Vancouver across from the Auto Mall, where we have a beautiful showroom, office area and workshop.

What we really need is someone who can make it all happen. We are looking for the unique blend of the drive and competencies of a sales person combined with a passion for interior design, specifically around window coverings. Our sales team is focused on larger-scale projects and longer-term customer relationships. In this paperwork-heavy role, you will initially support the sales team internally. You will also interact with clients, contractors and designers outside of the office. Once you have mastered the product knowledge, you will drive sales and customer satisfaction in an outside sales role. Ultimately, we’d love to see you help take Final Touch to the next level
- 1-3 years of sales or sales support experience
- Experience in interior design or the window covering industry
- Minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education
- Intermediate computer competencies (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Experience with reading house plans is an asset

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week if straight salary. Remote work is possible two days per week if 100% commission.

Key Position Duties
- Establish relationships with clients and build a client base.
- Complete site visits and measures.
- Develop quotes for clients and prepare all related order forms and quote tracking documents.
- Provide current and accurate information to clients and any parties involved in the consultation process.
- Maintain relationships with clients and ongoing projects.
- Provide all required reports to managers.
- Complete paperwork and administrative tasks related to client orders.
